Ballet Barre

 

The Ballet Barre method incorporates dance training technique for improved balance, strength, and flexibility. KB is trained “classical ballet” (although she doesn’t have a ballerina’s body – LOL) she will incorporate traditional ballet type exercises as well as small, controlled, isometric movements to deeply strengthen and tone every muscle in the body safely and effectively. Combined with deep stretching, this class will reshape your body to create a lean, toned and healthy body! All levels are welcome.  We recommend bringing your own mat (although KB has some available), a sweat towel and a bottle of water
