KB combines both of her most intense work outs into one!! Come to full TRX training or where the first 30 minutes begins with KB’s TRX work out – then will move into the Pilates Reformer room to finish out the class in the last 30 minutes of “hard core” Pilates. Fast pace – advanced exercises (in both methods) – guaranteed results. Shoes are required for the TRX portion of the class. You’ll take your shoes & socks off for the Pilates portion – bare feet. It’s also recommended that you bring a sweat towel and a water bottle. You will SWEAT!!
